Below is a list of fees and charges which may apply prior to the commencement of a tenancy, during and after its expiration. Purplekey Letting Agents is a member of ARLA Propertymark (www.propertymark.co.uk), we are covered by the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. Purplekey Letting Agents is also a member of a redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman for Lettings (www.tpos.co.uk).

All fees quoted below are inclusive of VAT.
